Swastha: Medical Camp & Health Talk Session

As part of our ongoing efforts to promote health and well-being within our school community, we recently organized two impactful initiatives under the banner of Swastha:
Health Informatory Talk Session
To further encourage health awareness, we conducted an informatory talk session addressing crucial health topics. The session covered areas like balanced nutrition, stress management, and the importance of regular health check-ups. Attendees were also given actionable tips on maintaining a healthier lifestyle, empowering them with knowledge for better well-being
Medical Camp for Support Staff

Acknowledging the hard work and dedication of our school support staff, we arranged a medical camp focused on their health and wellness. The camp offered free health check-ups, including vital tests such as blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and BMI assessments. Medical professionals were available for consultations, ensuring that the support staff received valuable insights into their health and potential preventive care measures.

Through these initiatives, Swastha aims to create a culture of care and health awareness that benefits every member of our school community.

Shiksha: Fostering Connections Through Education

As part of the CAS Council, our team took pride in fostering meaningful connections through education under the Shiksha initiative. We worked together to organize and plan teaching visits to government schools, ensuring that each event was thoughtfully structured and impactful. These visits were more than just about teaching; they were opportunities for shared growth and learning.

We also focused on empowering our peers to engage with confidence and empathy. By encouraging effective and sensitive communication, we fostered a culture of mutual respect and understanding. This approach not only enhanced the children’s educational experience but also helped our team develop valuable life skills.

Through our collective efforts, we strengthened bonds, inspired growth, and left a lasting impression on everyone involved, embodying the true spirit of community and education.

By engaging with people and collaborating with organizations, we aim to inspire proactive steps toward mental well-being. Together, we can build a world where mental health is universally prioritized, understood, and embraced.

Wall-to-Wall

The Wall-to-Wall CAS initiative by Hritvi Chauhan and Avni Bhandari was taken one step further by volunteering to set up a CAS stall during our school Farmers Market event on October 26th in which they could educate parents and school children about the initiative, allowing kids to indulge in tribal Warli art at our paint station. I created samples for children to follow and told them about our efforts to make learning environments more colorful. We hope to continue this activity in the future by visiting more schools and rural areas to spread awareness and add a pop of color to their walls!

Film Club

Film Club was created to reach an audience that wants relatability. More than just that, we as students wanted to explore filmmaking and tell stories. We wanted to see our own work displayed and we successfully did.
